At Siilai Clothing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products, including for reasons such as sizing issues, change of mind, or personal preferences.

Exceptions:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement for the damaged item, subject to availability, or refund if a replacement is unavailable.
